The magic doesn't have to stop, just because you are inside, doing your part to help stop the spread of Covid-19. (And thank you for that. There are a lot of immunocompromised who need you to do that) Why not break out the coloring pages for you or the kiddos? I'm actually googling Small World Coloring sheets because there are some AWESOME ones!! Here's a link that will take you to loads of sheets, be more specific with a character or attraction and you might just find the perfect way to spend an hour! While it would appear that the closures throughout Disney properties don't have a firm reopening date, hopefully they reopen the fist part of April. Our hearts go out to those who have had their plans interrupted, and those whose families have been effected by the Cronovirus. Speedy wishes that everyone recovers, and it stops spreading. Even in our small town, there have been those who have tested positive. In case you forgot, the time has changed! All clocks moved FORWARD an hour at Midnight. While usually we sigh over the lost sleep, this year I'm trying to put a positive thought on it! this means you are one whole hour closer to vacation!! Where are you going this year? I hope it's to the House of Mouse! If you've ever looked down while walking around in the the Dumbo area of Magic Kingdom, chances are you've seen the above picture. Those aren't real peanuts (whew, for us food allergy folks! and a heads up so you don't get a shock your first visit) but a clever detail and a bit of Imagineering. You'll also find animal tracks, hidden mickeys and more hidden in the concrete at Disney World! All created with intent! |
