We wish you the best new year possible! Sometimes, we are happy to leave the previous year behind, in hopes for a fresh start. Other times, we dread the new year and all it may bring. Walt Disney had some amazing quotes, that I think we should all take as advice for the coming new year. No matter which words of Wisdom from Walt you need, we wish you a happy, healthy new year. “All the adversity I’ve had in my life, all my troubles and obstacles, have strengthened me… You may not realize it when it happens, but a kick in the teeth may be the best thing in the world for you.” “Why worry? If you’ve done the very best you can, worrying won’t make it any better.” “The way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing.” “First, think. Second, believe. Third, dream. And finally, dare.”

As expected, Disney + is filled with so much nostalgia. An absolute gem are some of the movies, like Frank and Ollie, but also this little gem from 1966. Aired three days after Walt's passing, join him as he takes you around Disneyland. The fist episode of Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color is available, and an absolute treat to watch. If you don't have Disney +, I did find this on Youtube, for you to enjoy. A happy Christmas, happy Holiday, and merry winter wishes! During the holidays we post a little less, so today, we are sharing a video we recently found and enjoyed, should you need a little extra dose of Disney in your day! Galaxy's Edge might be a trial run for a new style of fastpass. A virtual queue! You'll need something important though to participate. You are going to need the most updated version of the My Disney Experience App. This is a pretty simple process, but like with everything new at Disney, might have a few kinks. First, open our app once you've scanned your magicband or presented your ticket. Once you've gone through the gate, open the app, and enter the virtual queue for the Galaxy's Edge. You'll want to select "Join Boarding Group". When it gets time for your group to enter, you'll receive an alert from your app. Once you get that, you have up to two hours to get in line to ride. A word of warning...just because you have a boarding pass doesn't mean that your group will be called, and also there are only so many boarding passes released each day. You'll want to try and get your boarding pass ASAP when walking into the park! If this goes well, it's possible that Disney will expand the virtual queue to other rides! The great thing about this, is that you can work your touring plan, have a snack or jump in line for something else while waiting for your turn. It's not too late to check out the great Christmas movies and shows on Disney Plus! While they aren't all gathered together in one place, you'll find a few dozen movies and specials, as well as dozens of holiday episodes! Browse your favorite show, pick out the holiday episodes, and while you are there, check out the movie Noelle if you haven't. They had me as she walked across the hidden Mickey's in the floor! |
